Safety experts believe that proper selection of protective equipment, continuous employee training, and the implementation of control systems can play a significant role in preventing workplace accidents and improving safety levels across operational units.<\/p><p dir=\"rtl\" lang=\"fa\">The oil, gas, and petrochemical industries are among the most important and, at the same time, most hazardous industrial sectors. The nature of operational processes in these industries exposes workers to a wide range of risks, including flammable and explosive substances, toxic gases, corrosive chemicals, heavy equipment, and high-pressure and high-temperature operating conditions. For this reason, the establishment of an effective HSE management system and the use of standard safety equipment are considered essential requirements in operational environments.<\/p><p dir=\"rtl\" lang=\"fa\">In recent years, industrial organizations and companies active in Iran\u2019s energy sector have also paid special attention to developing safety infrastructure and improving personal protection standards. HSE experts believe that compliance with safety requirements not only prevents human incidents but also plays an important role in increasing productivity, reducing operational costs, and protecting human capital.<\/p><p dir=\"rtl\" lang=\"fa\"><strong>Risk Identification and Assessment: The First Step in Safety Management<\/strong><\/p><p dir=\"rtl\" lang=\"fa\">According to industrial safety management principles, the first step in protecting employees is the accurate identification of hazards and the performance of risk assessments in the workplace.
