He stated that regular exercise is one of the most proven scientific approaches for preventing drug addiction tendencies, reducing job-related stress, and improving mental well\u2011being in society.<\/p><p dir=\"rtl\" lang=\"fa\">He added that exercise increases the secretion of endorphins and serotonin while regulating dopamine levels, which leads to improved mood, reduced anxiety, and enhanced psychological resilience. These effects help individuals better manage daily pressures at work and in life.<\/p><p dir=\"rtl\" lang=\"fa\">Dr. Davoodi stressed the importance of physical activity among adolescents and young adults, noting that regular exercise can serve as a healthy alternative to risky behaviors. By strengthening self-confidence, enhancing social interaction, and reducing isolation, exercise decreases the likelihood of tobacco use and the consumption of psychoactive substances.<\/p><p dir=\"rtl\" lang=\"fa\">He continued: scientific studies show that individuals who engage in physical activity at least three to four times a week for about one hour each session at moderate intensity enjoy better physical and mental health and are less prone to social harm.<\/p><p dir=\"rtl\" lang=\"fa\">The associate professor also emphasized exercise as a complementary component in the rehabilitation and treatment process of individuals struggling with addiction. He stated that regular physical activity helps regulate nervous system function, reduce cravings, and improve brain performance, thereby decreasing the chance of relapse.<\/p><p dir=\"rtl\" lang=\"fa\">Dr. Davoodi further noted the necessity of expanding sports infrastructure in workplaces, schools, neighborhoods, and public centers, describing it as a key requirement for improving community health. He added that promoting a culture of public exercise and implementing health\u2011oriented programs within organizations play a significant role in boosting productivity, reducing job burnout, and
